Job Description
Classic Buildings is Hiring for a Sales Position Designing & Selling Portable Buildings. We Design and Build Portable Buildings for our customer's unique uses, Garden Sheds, Garages, Airbnb Cabins, Tiny Homes, Studios, Pool houses, Sunrooms, Home Gyms, Man-Caves, & She-Sheds.
Our sales Process is simple: Identifying & Understanding our customers' dreams, then building them out on our 3D software for the customers to see. Most of this is done with Leads from our website via Zoom.
Job Duties include:
- Make outbound calls to Prospects in CRM
- Manage CRM
- Take inbound Customer calls
- Handling Incoming Web leads
- Set appointments to Design our customers' Dream.
- Assess the customers' needs & Dreams via Good Questions
- Design & Quote the project and do a presentation
- Closing the Sale
