Independent Building Sales Representative

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Commission (average commission per sale is $2,000) Bonus plans available in lieu of paid vacation or holidays.

Expected Hours: Our sales representatives are expected to work six days a week, mainly working out of the office on appointments.We are looking for an Independent Building Sales Representative in the Central Missouri market!

We are looking for a candidate that can contact our current database of leads as well as web leads, along with generating their own leads from online sources.

Responsibilities:

Contacting new leads and setting appointments to quote
Following up with old leads
Posting ads online
Designing buildings using Sketchup software
Performing customer on-site evaluations

Requirements:

Production Team Member

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Hourly, with bonus potential.

Expected Hours: General hours are from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m.

We are looking for individuals with prior construction or building experience. Team members must work well in groups and have a willingness to learn. Team members will be assigned various construction tasks and duties based on existing skills and knowledge but will have the opportunity to learn and grow in other areas. Pay past the hourly rate is determined based on experience.
