Estimated Cost Breakdown
A good rule of thumb, that seems to still run true with all of our buildings, is that the price of a complete tiny home build is proximity double the cost of the base building (the Shell). For example, if you purchased one of our portable buildings (unfinished) at $20,000 then to make the home turn-key is approximately $40,000 in total. This rule applies to if you are having contractors do the work. Let’s do a full breakdown of a DIY option and a contractor option with a 14×32. 1bed/1bath tiny home.
