CRUNCHY CRUST FRENCH TOAST

1 Egg                                                   ½ Cup Flaked Coconut (Optional)

1/3 Cup Milk                                       1/3 Cup Crushed Corn Flakes

2 tsp Sugar                                          3 Tbsp Butter or Margarine

1/8 tsp Cinnamon                               4 Slices Bread

 

Blend egg, milk, sugar and cinnamon

Mix Coconut and Corn Flakes

Dip bread in egg mixture, then in corn flakes

Heat margarine in skillet

Brown bread slices on both sides

Serve hot with favorite pancake syrup
