Terms and Conditions for Shed Footage Incentive

By participating in this incentive promotion (“Promotion”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Eligibility

   • This Promotion is open to individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.

   • Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Classic Buildings are not eligible to participate.

2. Promotion Description

   • To participate, you must record and submit a video that includes both the interior and exterior of your shed.

   • The video must be uploaded through the designated Google Form provided by Classic Buildings.

   • One $100 Amazon Gift Card will be provided to each eligible participant whose submission meets the requirements outlined in these Terms and Conditions.

3. Submission Requirements

   • The video must clearly show your shed, both inside and out.

   • All submissions must be your original work. By submitting your video, you affirm that you hold all necessary rights to the footage.

   • Submissions must be made in accordance with the instructions provided on the Google Form.

4. Copyright and Usage Rights

   • By submitting your video, you grant Classic Buildings an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and display your video for promotional purposes and on social media.

   • You acknowledge that you will not receive any further compensation or royalties beyond the $100 Amazon Gift Card in exchange for these rights.

5. Promotion Period

   • The Promotion begins on [Insert Start Date] and ends on June 30, 2025.

   • All submissions must be received by the end date to be eligible for the incentive.

6. Reward Distribution

   • Upon successful verification of your submission and eligibility, Classic Buildings will send you a $100 Amazon Gift Card.

   • The decision of Classic Buildings regarding the validity of submissions and distribution of rewards is final.

7. General Conditions

   • Classic Buildings reserves the right to disqualify any submission that does not meet these Terms and Conditions or is deemed inappropriate, offensive, or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

   • By participating, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any additional rules or instructions provided by Classic Buildings.

   • Classic Buildings reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

   • Classic Buildings is not responsible for any technical errors or malfunctions in the submission process.

   • Participants release Classic Buildings from any liability, claims, or damages arising from participation in the Promotion or use of the reward.

9. Governing Law

   • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
