DREAM
Talk about your dream building and what you are hoping to accomplish. We will also discuss any needs you have for your situation. At this stage, we will determine the size and style you’d like your building.
DESIGN
Design the building of your dreams with our export building design specialist. We utilize design tools such as 3D modeling software, so you know exactly what you are getting before it’s built!
DETAILS
We will go through reach line item options and styles to make sure you are ordering the right building for you before we go to build your building. That way, you can be more confident in your purchase. !
DELIVERY
Building is delivered at a convenient time, so you can be there. Your building is guaranteed to be delivered within 4–6 weeks. We use state-of-the-art transporting technology to make sure your building gets delivered in one piece.
Quality latch = Maximum Security
The security of your belongings depends on the quality of your shed latch. Classic Buildings uses a heavy-duty L-handle Door Lock that is much more secure than the competition’s light-duty T-handle.

What a great company to work with! They came out and measured for a shed I was putting in my back yard. Friendly, efficient, professional are words I would describe that interaction. Once I put a payment down, they ordered the shed (custom built) and I received it within the timeframe they quoted. When they delivered it, there was a bit of a problem with getting inside my fence and they did have to take out a fence post. They didn’t charge me the $300 to do that because it wasn’t in the original quote, so I appreciated that greatly. I did have to get the fence post concreted in again by my fence company, but honestly, with the of quality of service, delivery and the actual shed itself, getting a new fence post didn’t bother me. Thank you and I will recommend you over and over again!

Our ministry’s experience with you all: Kenneth and family, Merle, Carolyn, Josh, and the builders at Linn was a blessing straight from the heavens. What started with an hour long meeting sitting in the QT parking lot with Kenneth turned into an amazing blessing, a ministry partnership and a lifelong friendship. When we initially found out that you all would donate a building to us we were in somewhat of a state of disbelief. Then each step of the process began taking place. From phone conversations to actually sitting down and customizing the building with Merle, to delivery, each piece was perfect and blessed. This was not just a second hand building that you were trying to get off the lot, this was made and customized especially for us. A true gift!!!
I’ll never forget that moment when the building was making it’s way down the road after a crazy week long journey. Our family sprinted down the stairs and ran out to meet Josh and Merle. My kids kept asking, “How are they going to do that?”, as each step of the delivery process took place, and were amazed as Josh would bring his next tool or gadget to move this massive building.
We have already had guests come to the food pantry that has been set up inside and we are building a supply of clothes, coats, hats, gloves and blankets for those who are in need. This precious gift will be used as a tool for the Kingdom for years to come. We had a building built by Classic and turned it into a rental Lakeside cabin at Koinania Valley Ranch in Black, MO
