Scott joined the Classic Buildings team in 2009. He brings over 38 years of experience in construction and on-site planning. Specializing in Garages, Cabins & outdoor structures, Scott is an expert in making your dreams a reality, transforming your backyard or weekend getaway into the picture you have in mind, and creating a personal oasis in your outdoor spaces. Scott and his wife love spending time with their children and grandkids outside of work, playing games, bike riding, and camping.

James Killian
Portable Building Specialist
James came to Classic Buildings after working a series of unrelated jobs. They did all have one thing in common though, people. His passion has always been to help people, to educate them on a topic they may not have had a deep understanding of. James had always believed salespeople to be the person that was trying to “get me” but after digging in, he realized they are really just trying to show you how their product can help you. So, he decided that he wanted to use his work experience, primarily construction, to help people. Which led him to Classic Buildings where we strive to help every customer achieve what they want. James enjoys talking with people and getting to know new things. On his days off James enjoys fishing, bowling, or hanging out with friends. But most of all he enjoys spending time with his two daughters.

Carolyn has over 20 years of experience in the building industry, including when she grew up helping her father with his shed business. She has fulfilled many roles at Classic Buildings since she started with the company in 2006. Carolyn now works with her team to ensure we help our customers in the best way possible. It is essential to her that our customers feel like they were well taken care of and educated in what they are getting so we can ensure our customers get the best value for their money and a beautiful building built to last.
