This can start with a short phone call, we ask a few questions, listen to what you want to accomplish, answer any questions you have, and help determine the next step.

Most people find it beneficial to see, touch and smell (not really) building designs to help visualize what they like.  They pick and chose from these options then our Building Design Specialists design your building in a 3D model so you can see exactly what you are purchasing.

Determine if you want to pay with check or Credit Card,
use one of our financing options or even a Rent to Own (no Credit Check).

Place your order so our Builders can start your build, and our delivery team can plan out when we will be out with your building.
