I realized that my house needed a shed for storage and possible other ventures. After going back and forth in my mind about it, I decided to go with a 10x12 from Classic Buildings. I just needed a personal touch from a company with a good reputation, and Richard McCafferty definitely provided just that. He even saved me a few hundred dollars. Delivery went off without a hitch, despite the inclement weather.

Our experience with Classic Buildings was outstanding from the very beginning. Our Sales Rep was Rich McCafferty at the Kansas City location. He was very knowledgeable and was always willing to answer any questions we had. We were able to design the garage specific to our needs. Rich's communicating was great and was very detailed to make sure the order was exactly how we wanted it to be.One of the main reasons we went with Classic Buildings was due to the quality of product they produce. We could see the craftsmanship from the first look at the display models. It was obvious the company does not cut corners. Once we placed the order, the communication with Classic Buildings was outstanding. The next business day after placing the order, we received a call from the factory and they set up a delivery date (which they kept). This was amazing to already have communication on a delivery date so soon! During the build process, we received project status updates regularly, and we even received homemade fudge and cookies as a reminder that during this process, we were thought of as a valued customer. As it approached the completion date, they reached out again and confirmed the delivery date & time. We could not be happier with the entire process.Classic Buildings exceeded all our expectations from the ordering process, building process and delivery of the building. Classic Buildings is an outstanding company to deal with and we highly recommend them!

I had a great experience at the Kansas City location. The representative that helped me was Katie. She was calm, never pushy, and answered my questions well. She helped me order the shed that suited my needs, and she did all the necessary paperwork. When my shed was delivered, the driver was very capable and placed the shed exactly where I wanted it, then leveled it very well. I like the shed very much, and it is very well-built. I recommend Classic Buildings for anyone that wants a great building.

My husband and I had a 14 x 20 lofted garden barn built by Classic Buildings. They were absolutely awesome at building this for us! We could not ask for better craftsmanship and how amazing our barn turned out! We had looked at other buildings to be installed and none of them compared to Classic Buildings.
