  • Hi I am currently trying to help one of my friends who has children,single mother /Vet.she works 2fulltime jobs and goes to school. She was so excited 6 months ago when she could finally own her own home but going through a divorce didn’t help . Everything was in his name so it didn’t help her credit when he left her stranded with a 3 year old child 8 months pregnant with their second child. Anyways she had to go through and owner rent to own program and she put 3k down and fixed everything on her own! I was amazed at what a 5foot woman did but her daddy taught her everything! Anyways the owner came to collect 6 month payment and was supposed to finish the contract so it would be her home and he could not just take it away well in those moments her whole world crashed down and she called me frantic and crying. He decided he loved all of her work so much he wanted to move in his self and gave her a 30 day notice to vacate. Wrote it right there beside her! Now she’s having to stay in one bedroom at her moms house. ( her mother did not raise her nor wanted her! Her mothers boyfriend is an addict) and honestly I am just trying to help her get a home of her own! The only problem is that we are in Wedowee Al! Is that possible?

I can’t view the showroom or brochure because when I clicked on it, it said page not found. Makes me wander about this business. If I were to buy a shed home, I would have to finish it out myself? Then the living room with staircase with storage in stairwell and catwalk to the other side so no ladder needed. Then the kitchen wrap around galley style. Can you do this?
