We had a building built by Classic and turned it into a rental Lakeside cabin at Koinania Valley Ranch in Black, MO. After many years our siding began to buckle and they came out and completely resided the whole building at no charge! They truly stand behind their guarantee and we truly appreciate working with a company which displays integrity and fine workmanship.

We absolutely love our building and I can’t say enough about the craftsmanship and customer experience with Classic Buildings, LLC. When I approached Rich Eldridge and told him I needed this building in little more than a week he didn’t turn me away. Instead, he worked as hard as he could to see if it was a possibility to give my son the clubhouse of his dreams for his 11th birthday. You delivered a product that was beautiful, matched our home, and was constructed even better than I had hoped. The gentleman who delivered the building was incredibly professional, polite and calm. He had little more than a few inches on each side of the fence to get this building into our yard and did it without breaking a sweat. I was very impressed. (Oh, and the cookies were a lovely touch!)
