Clark and Rita are excited to use their new retreat from Classic Buildings

Clark and Rita Fobian are the happy owners of a country cabin from Classic Buildings. They have located their cabin on their property near Benton Springs and will be using it as a recreational retreat. They plan on spending quality time here fishing with their grandchildren.

They have a front porch built onto their 16’x 28′ country barn and they will be installing a bathroom, kitchen, and a small bedroom with a utility area. They are planning to have a back porch built on later in their journey.

The loft area of their cabin has been designated as their grandchildren’s space with a living area with two to three beds. They also had a custom window made and installed over their front porch. This was built into their Classic design to give their cabin an attractive look and allow them to see the view of their property from inside their loft.

He loved the fact that Classic Buildings has great features and:

• uses 2X6s instead of 2x4s
• has very close spacing between the boards
• has gussets made for drywall
• has insulation stapled on the end

Clark said that everything about his building is quality.
