It is not the employer who pays the wages. Employers only handle the money. It is the customer who pays the wages.  Henry Ford

Classic customer service…we can’t say it enough.  We are keen to realize our customers pay our wages, and pave the way for others to have a great product.  Every person who works with or is associated with Classic Buildings is screened for customer service qualities.  We appreciate our associates who are warm and caring, in fact its a requirement. Passion is a plus, but with passion comes dedication and a lot of work!

We’re up to the task of working hard and being dedicated.

If you work just for money, you’ll never make it, but if you love what you’re doing and you always put the customer first, success will be yours.”  Ray Kroc

Jeeper’s do we ever!  We love what we do!

Some have wondered how Classic Buildings founder Kenneth Miller turned a one-man-show into a multi-million dollar manufacturing enterprise, in less than a decade?  I know how!  By putting the customer first!  Everyone claims it, but does everyone really mean it?  Isn’t it nice to go be checking out at a store, with a smiling, happy, associate at the cash register?  After all, they are handling your money.  How do you feel when you get to the counter, the associate has no greeting,no feeling, and when you say thank you, they simply hand you a receipt and say nothing.  No one wants to feel like they’re spending their hard-earned money with people who don’t care.

The better part of our business has come from referrals and repeat customers.  In my mind, that pretty much says it all!  Thank you to all our loyal repeat customers, and for those who have given us referrals.  You are a huge part of our success.

It is so much easier to be nice, to be respectful, to put yourself in your customer’s shoes and try to understand how you might help them before they ask for help, than it is to try to mend a broken customer relationship.  Mark Cuban
