June 7th – Tiny House Symposium
The Tiny House Symposium is an exclusive event that isn’t open to the general public. It’s for Prime Time ticket holders only. At this symposium, TinyFest Midwest will be advocating on behalf of the alternative living community in the greater Kansas City area. It will give you the opportunity to join in the tiny house mission and empower this lifestyle.
Learn more about the laws that relate to tiny houses such as minimum height and size regulations and where they can be built. Laws surrounding building and living in a tiny house vary depending on the type of tiny home you’re looking for and what state you are in. It’s a good idea to find out your location’s building codes and zoning regulations as they vary from state to state. You can come and join in on the discussion regarding these laws.
June 8th and 9th – Main Event
During the main event, you can view and tour a wide selection of tiny homes, buses, campers, vans, and gypsy wagons. There will also be a great marketplace with vendors of tiny homes. You’ll have an opportunity to talk with the vendors and make purchases. There will be panel discussions every hour and you can sign up to receive a newsletter with updates of what will be coming up in the future.
